Shipping Information
Shipping and HandlingMy normal method of shipping is USPS Priority Mail. This method of mailing usually averages 2-3 days but occasionally longer owing to distance. I will use USPS Express Mail (1-day service) upon request at addition cost. I will use UPS or FedEx as options, please allow me to quote the shipping. Simply send an e-mail with the items you wish to purchase and your address. I will send back your options. If I am here in the office requests of this nature are a priority and so you should hear something quickly. ReturnsShould a book purchased from us malfunction please e-mail us at info@audiotome.com. We will attempt to replace the tape in question. If that fails we will arrange to have the item returned to us and either a refund of your original purchase price or a credit in the same amount for another item in our catalog will be extended. PaymentsI can take PayPal, MO or checks. I can also process a credit card transaction through a merchant account. This necessitates that either you call me or e-mail me with a phone number and a good time to call to obtain credit card info. DO NOT send credit card information through your e-mail (especially important if you have a free hotmail account or similar). It's definitely not secure and I don't want to see anyone have to deal with the mess that comes with a stolen credit card number.I try to mail all orders the following day after payment. This is not possible in each case but I try very hard to keep to this schedule. I will also e-mail the DC number on the package or the tracking number, whichever case applies, once the item leaves my hands. |
